Jim Glascott

Jim Glascott and Karen Cancilla live in Rancho Cucamonga, Calif. with their six children. Glascott has a degree in economics and was a top-level executive with Enterprise Rent-a-Car making a six-figure income. After the birth of his son in 2002, Glascott realized he had the income level he desired, however, by working 70-plus hours a week he had no time to enjoy it.
This pushed Glascott to enter the insurance field because he believed he could set his own financial worth and be his own boss in this industry.
Glascott’s first practice company was with a prominent supplemental insurance company. He was trying to be the one-stop shop of insurance for people seeking supplemental insurance, dental, health, life and other life and health products. Glascott found and joined NAA® in 2004 because it would be a nice addition to his product line. NAA® taught him the power of a focused approach and association.
After attending his first Leadership Conference, Glascott was able to double his production within two weeks of attending, and he learned the power of building an agency. Along with his agency, Glascott has two direct agencies and two agencies in depth that allow him a $175,000-plus system driven income. The Glascott Group is pushing for the $500,000 income mark on the way to hitting $1 million with the help of all Glascott’s associates and the NAA® team.
